Our Favorite Tacoma Realtor: Laura Anderson - Tacoma, WA

We’re definitely no authority in the Tacoma Real Estate department, but Laura Anderson is the best Tacoma real estate agent in our mind. She’s also probably the friendlies realtor in Tacoma as well! We thought we would take a minute and give her a shout out just in case any of our friends here are looking for help buying or selling their home in Tacoma.

Now we may be biased, (Laura is my lovely lady of 12 years) but Laura is really levels above the rest. She’s born and raised here in Tacoma so she’s equipped with a life full of lived experience here in the Tacoma area, and she has an intimate knowledge of all it’s neighborhoods, people, restaurants and history. This is is especially valuable when comparing her to other agents new & old who don’t live here or have moved to the Tacoma area recently and don’t have the first hand knowledge that a Tacoma kid would.

Beyond the local Tacoma life experience, Laura also has personal experience owning and managing many of her own properties here in the Tacoma area, which sets her apart from most agents who only buy a single home or two themselves in their whole career. Laura has purchased and manages a portfolio of Tacoma area real estate properties, of all different kinds from the the single family home she lives in to her multifamily invest properties (duplexes, triplexes), as well single family properties where she built ADU & DADU’s to help provide rental income. She is also the owner of a 7+ acre lot near Camp Seymour in Gig Harbor where she is currently developing the land to build a beautiful modern home project.
