We are pretty excited about the passing of the new rules allowing every single family home in Tacoma to be able to build an attached (ADU) or detached (DADU) additional dwelling unit without any special zoning permitting. Well, that means Wilder can build you a tiny home, tiny house or cottage house without needing to go through the endless hoops that used to be required to build one just a few months ago.

A Couple Creative Fence Ideas - Tacoma, WA

We love this little fence design here! It’s simple and clean. We like how they combined beautiful cedar lumber with galvanized steel conduit ran horizontally from post to post. This gives the fence a modern finished look that keeps pets and kids contained, but still allows the yard to feel open and accessible.

The Sabado's Deck Project in Tacoma - Tacoma, WA

The Sabado’s project was a custom deck build we completed in the spring of 2018 in Tacoma’s Proctor District. We originally met with the Sabado’s in 2017 for our first consultation. They explained what they wanted out of the space and they provided us with a drawing that a family member had drafted up for them (see photo below).
